Special Projects: Textile Museum
Since June 2024, I have officially become an artist in residence at the Fondazione Chierese per il Tessile and the Museo del Tessile in the city of Chieri. This foundation and museum are dedicated to the rediscovery of the history of weaving and fabric production in Piedmont, particularly in the city of Chieri, famous for being the home of jeans.
Dr. Melanie Zefferino, president of the foundation and director of the museum, has organized a special artist residency program at the Textile Museum for artists. This program involves the joint creation of a series of cultural projects to promote the history of textiles and contemporary art.

Special Projects: Stone Oven House
In 2022, the Stone Oven House artist residency located in the mountains of Piedmont launched a unique project to support artists and activists affected by political and social conflicts. From September 17, 2022, the residency welcomed me as an artist with an exhibition project for a month.
Due to Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine and the persecution I was facing in Russia as an LGBTQ+ activist and artist, I decided to seek political asylum in Italy. The Stone Oven House became my home and refuge for a whole year. During this time, I organized three exhibitions, the last of which was titled Non\umano .
The Stone Oven House project has not only been a personal refuge for me, but has also supported other refugees from Ukraine and Russia, providing them with a space for creative expression and protection. This project continues to provide significant help and support to artists in difficult situations.
